Butler leads Marist to win.
PLEASANT HILL - Dane Butler pitched a complete game and was one of four Spartans with two hits as No. 1 Marist beat host Pleasant Hill 7-2 in a Sky-Em League baseball game Tuesday.
Butler allowed two runs on six hits and struck out six, closing the game with four scoreless innings after allowing both runs in the third. Butler, David Fox, Ethan Puchaty and Pat Cooley each had two hits for Marist, which scored two runs in both the second and fourth innings, then added three in the fifth.
Barry Humphrey was 2-for-3 to lead the Billies.
Junction City 11, Elmira 1
ELMIRA - Scott Cole collected two doubles and four RBIs to lead the Tigers to the victory over the Falcons.
Brian Bodtker added two hits, and Mike Bauman allowed two hits in the five-inning game for Junction City. Sean Martin had two singles and an RBI to account for Elmira's offense.
Creswell 6, Cottage Grove 4
COTTAGE GROVE - The Bulldogs rallied for four runs in the top of the seventh to beat the Lions.
Garrett Wilson scored on Beau Burris' sacrifice fly to put Creswell ahead 5-4. Kris Williams and Nick Grillo each had two hits for Cottage Grove.
La Pine 11, Glide 4
LA PINE - Marshall Looney was 3-for-4 with six RBIs and pitched a complete game to earn the win as the Hawks beat the Wildcats.
Looney blasted a two-run home run in the fourth inning, then added a three-run double in the fifth to account for two of La Pine's seven extra-base hits. Taylor Skinner homered in the second for Glide.

Reedsport 12, Coquille 2
REEDSPORT - Kenny Walker and Chad Harrington each hit two-run home runs to support the two-hit pitching of Shane Henning in the Braves' triumph over the Red Devils.
Scotty Bowman smacked a double and single for Reedsport, while Walker and Harrington also had a single each.
Siuslaw 9, Douglas 2
FLORENCE - The Vikings scored seven runs in the fourth inning to break open a close game and beat the Trojans.
Michael Pitcher tossed a complete game four-hitter to earn the win. The Vikings broke a 2-2 tie with their fourth-inning rally, which was keyed by five consecutive singles.
Bandon 11, Brookings 8
BROOKINGS - The Tigers came back from an 8-6 deficit with five runs in the sixth inning.
Chad Tisler and Jay Sample led an 11-hit Bandon offense with two hits apiece. Ed Whirry, who led the losing Bruins with three hits, smacked a three-run home run in the fifth inning, and teammate Mark Blagden followed with a solo shot.
South Umpqua 10, Myrtle Point 0
MYRTLE CREEK - Zeke Clayton threw a two-hitter to lead the Lancers to the victory over the Bobcats.
Zack Falk was 3-for-3 with a double, and Brady Bumgarner had two doubles and four RBIs for South Umpqua.
Newport 4, Toledo 2
TOLEDO - Daniel Ritacco was 2-for-3 with a homer, and Ivan Munoz added two hits and two runs to lead the Cubs past the Boomers.
Toledo scored twice on an error in the fifth to avoid being shut out.
Oakridge 6, Harrisburg 5
OAKRIDGE - Eagles pitcher Brad DeBenedetto hit the Warriors' Chad Robb with the bases loaded to force in the winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning.
John McMurtrie led Oakridge with two singles and three RBIs. Jake Malpass had a grand slam home run in the first inning for Harrisburg.
Monroe 15, Mapleton 3
MONROE - Mat Heroy doubled twice, drove in three runs and scored two to lead the Dragons over the Sailors.
Nick Mooers added two hits and three RBIs for Monroe in a game shortened to five innings by the 10-run rule. Mike Wood doubled and scored as part of a two-run Mapleton rally in the fourth.
Central Linn 17, Lowell 5
HALSEY - The Cobras scored 11 runs in the third inning to put the game out of reach.
Central Linn won the game despite committing nine errors. Warren Brewer led the Cobras with three hits and four RBIs, and Travis Strutz had two RBIs and three runs scored.
McKenzie 7, Mohawk 5
MARCOLA - Todd Richardson had two of the Eagles' three hits, and McKenzie capitalized on 11 errors to beat the Indians.
Jimmy Craig was 2-for-3 with a triple and a double, and Derek Davis hit a home run for Mohawk.
Crow 15, Alsea 2
ALSEA - Mike Matchulat had a home run, triple, single and four RBIs to lead the Cougars over the Wolverines.
Mike Woodfin pitched a five-innings one-hitter with 11 strikeouts as Crow improved to 3-0 in league. Crow also got a double, single and RBI from Brandon Fisher and two singles and an RBI from Dusty Howell.
