Business booming at New Brunswick office complex as 30,000 s/f is leased.

Matrix Development Group, one of New Jersey's most active development companies, has reported that its New Brunswick office portfolio is experiencing substantial leasing activity. More than 30,000 s/f of transactions have recently been recorded.

At 303 George Street, a six-story Class A office building, a new lease has signed with Richard D. Kimball Co., an engineering company. Additionally, at 317 George Street, a five-story Class A office building, leases have recently been signed with Johnson & Johnson Inc., UMDNJ-RWJMS, a medical school, and the law firm Mandelbaum, Salzbury, Gold, Lazris, Discenza and Steinburg. Both buildings are located in the heart of the city of New Brunswick and have immediate access to Routes 18, 27, 1, and Exit 9 of the New Jersey Turnpike.

"We are pleased with our continued leasing activity in New Brunswick as well as throughout our entire urban portfolio," says Hilary Budny, vice president of Matrix Development Group.

"Matrix has a long history of investment in New Brunswick, as well as other cities such as Trenton and Newark. In New Jersey, we are clearly witnessing a renewed interest on behalf of tenants in these cities and we are well positioned to continue to be a leader in the state's urban markets."
