Business Report: TV show star Jo at launch.

JO CAMERON, former contestant on the hit BBC TV series The Apprentice, will be the star attraction at the launch of a new business support scheme for students at Coventry University today.

Jo (right), who attended Coventry University, will be on hand to encourage students at the launch of Coventry Means Business, which is backed by the Institute of Directors.

About 50 company directors from around Coventry and Warwickshire, who are members of the Institute of Directors, have agreed to act as mentors to students interested or engaged in business start-up at Coventry University.

The university is still seeking more sponsors. Interested businesses should contact Stephen Kingswell on 07951 261683.
