Frustrated with your job search? Wonder how you can make yourself more competitive in a tough job market? Here's a chance to find out from those in the know.
A panel of human-resource managers from local companies and organizations will field questions at a forum sponsored by The Workforce Network, a coalition of government agencies. Topics will include informational interviews, researching on the Web, job shadowing, tours, networking and more.

PR expert to talk about Ukraine case
PR professional Jim Bradbury will speak at today's meeting of the local chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
The meeting will begin at 11:45 a.m. and will be held at the Waterfront Restaurant at 2210 Centennial Blvd, Eugene.
Bradbury will discuss his experience as a PR consultant in the Ukraine as part of a U.S. Defense Department project of the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty. Bradbury helped the Ukrainian Government Space Agency develop a PR program to explain to Ukrainians the safety of a program to dismantle missiles in their home town of Pavlograd.
