Business: pounds 15m for refurbished offices in heart of city.
MILLER Developments have sold business accommodation at Hanover Buildings on Rose Street, Edinburgh, to City Site Estates plc for around pounds 15m.
Miller Developments extensively refurbished the block, a prominent feature building in the heart of Edinburgh, to provide 46,500 square feet of top quality mixed use office and retail accommodation. Tenants secured in the three- storey building which include Bank of Scotland, Scottish Ministers, John Menzies,easyEverything, The Financial Times and Yo! Sushi.
Miller Developments director Andrew Sutherland said: "We are pleased with the sale of Hanover Buildings to City Site Estates.
"It reflects a net yield in the order of 7.1 per cent."
