Busch beer buyers will be wearing denim.

Busch beer is helping retailers add value to their displays with a special offer to consumers on Wrangler blue jeans.

Denim-wearers nationwide will have the opportunity to save on men's and women's Wrangler jeans through Sheplers Western Wear mail-order catalogs. The mini-catalogs, available free at Busch point-of-sale displays, will offer discounts on Cowboy Cut jeans.

"Wrangler jeans and the Busch and Busch Light drinker go great together," noted Busch product manager Bill Ellis. "It's a great opportunity for consumers to take advantage of the discounts, and for retailers to generate incremental sales of Busch beer brands.

"Displaying Busch and Busch Light can increase case sales as much as 95 percent," continued Ellis. "And, when Busch is provided full support with display and feature price, average volume increases 475 percent."
