Bus users to voice concerns.
The National Federation of Bus Users is running a bus users' surgery in a bus at St John Street in the city centre between 10am and 3pm.
Staff from Cardiff Bus will be on hand, as will staff responsible for public transport matters at Cardiff County Council.
At the surgery, details of complaints or concerns raised by travellers will be taken and a written response sent after any necessary investigation. It is hoped that a representative from the Rail Passengers Committee for Wales will also be on hand to deal with any matters relating to rail services.
Leo Markham, of the NFBU in Wales, said: ``It is an ideal opportunity for bus users and other members of the public to talk face to face with the people responsible for providing public transport in the area. ``It is also an invaluable exercise for the providers to better understand the needs of users.''
