Bully boy attacked pupil, 14.

A DRUNK teenager booted a 14-year-old pupil in a schoolyard as terrified teachers looked on, a court heard yesterday.

The female teachers were too frightened to intervene as Dale Burns, 17, who had knocked back a bot t le of Buck fast , stormed into the school and launched his attack.

He kicked the boy, who he claimed had at tacked his 12-year-old brother, several times as he lay on the ground, leav ing him br ui sed and battered.

The at tack took place at Auchterarder Communi t y School, where Burns had been a pupil, Perth Sheriff Court was told.

Apprent ice painter and decorator Burns admit ted assault and was fined pounds 365 with pounds 150 compensation.

Mark Alder, defending, said Burns had gone to the school to speak to the boy.

But Sheriff Gordon Fleetwood said: "He doesn't seem to have done much speaking. Your client is just a bully who picks on younger boys."
