Building sold in Chelsea.

The Manhattan-based Real Estate Brokerage firm of Robert P. Corso & company has arranged the sale 200 Eighth Avenue, located in the Chelsea section of Manhattan. The property was sold for a reported purchase price of $425,000. The five-story brick walk-up apartment building consists of four apartments and one store and had been owned by the same family for more than 70 years. Steven Fuchs of the Corso Organization represented the seller on an exclusive basis and sold the building to one of the firms investor clients.
