Building owners: insurance exposure may be wider than you know.

Zurich North America Commercial sponsors real estate webinar: "Uninsured exposures: are you covered?"

SCHAUMBURG, Ill. -- Ever-changing building codes, hidden language in vacancy clauses, and blanket limits on multiple buildings are just a handful of the challenges building owners face when attempting to insure all exposures, said Zurich, a leading property and casualty insurer globally and in North America.

To help building owners understand the exposures they may be missing, Zurich will sponsor the webinar "Uninsured exposures: are you covered," part of the GlobeSt.com webinar series.

The webinar will take place on Monday, October 18 at 12:30 p.m. EDT/11:30 a.m. CDT, and will feature a panel of real estate, insurance, and economic specialists, including:

* Tim Bunt, Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, CB Richard Ellis

* Mike Halvey, Head of Real Estate, Zurich North America

* Robert Hartwig, President of Insurance Information Institute

* Joffre Mishall, Property Claims, Zurich North America

The panel will be moderated by John Salustri, Editorial Director, GlobeSt.com.
