Building automation in an air traffic control academy the building is 50 m long and 25 m wide and is planned four-storey: ground floor, 2 upper floors and a technical floor in the attic. in total, approx. 4,600 m 2 gfa are realized. the academy building will be equipped with a uniform building automation. the scope of services includes actuators, sensors, switchgear, cabling, commissioning and building control technology with one operating station. the building automation for hvac systems, heating and cooling systems is implemented via 5 information centers and visualized at the glt. the training rooms are equipped with room automation. the data transmission to the building management system takes place via bacnet protocol via structured data cabling of the building. surveillance reports about the main areas of information are recorded by the sanitary engineering and electrical engineering trades and visualized on the building management system. the scope of services amounts to approx. 1 200 data points. the building management system (bms) also includes data from 2 residential buildings. this is done via a data connection to the buildings. approximately 50 data points from these buildings are to be integrated into the bms.
