Buckingham Hotel sold.

InterBank/Brene rHospitality Consultants, Inc. arranged through its subsidiary an all-cash sale of the Buckingham Hotel located in Avon-bythe-Sea, New Jersey.

The 62-key property is situated in a resort community near the Atlantic Ocean coast.

Originally constructed in 1898, the Victorian-style Buckingham Hotel underwent extensive renovations in 1989. As the hotel did not have a recent operating history, the property was sold on a per-unit basis for $800,000.

InterBank/Brener, located in New York, is a division of the InterBank family of companies, based in Washington, D.C.
