FORT WAYNE, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 7, 2003

Bruce Myles, CLU was named the 2002 Producer of the Year for Lincoln Financial Group's employer-sponsored products at the annual Employer Retirement Markets conference in Orlando, FL in late January.

Myles, based in Rockville, Maryland, led the sales rankings of employer-sponsored producers who primarily offer Lincoln's Multi-Fund(R) variable annuities.

"My team's support and a focus on persistency, keeping business on the books as markets declined, contributed to achieving this honor," says Myles.

Myles joined LFG in 1988 and specializes in the design and administration of qualified retirement plans for non-profit associations. Many of his clients are members of the Washington Council of Agencies, a consortium of 700 non-profit agencies in the greater Washington area. He also has served as a director of financial services for the American Association of Retired Persons and as an energy specialist with two environmental organizations.

He is currently a director of the Greater Washington D.C. chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. He holds a master's degree from Boston University School of Public Communication and a bachelor's degree from American University.
