AT&T and representatives from the City of Brownsville have designated Brownsville-Haywood County Industrial Park in Brownsville, Tennessee as AT&T fiber ready, the company said.
The AT&T fiber ready designation helps economic development leaders more position their communities for site selection by emphasizing the availability of high-speed, fiber-based services.
AT&T has been deploying high-speed, fiber-optic infrastructure across the state for years, totaling more than 1.7 million strand miles of fiber-optics to date, and the AT&T fiber ready designation is a tool for economic development leaders to highlight the assets available in their facilities.
AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) offers entertainment, mobile, high speed internet and voice services and provides pay TV in 11 Latin American countries.
