Broker gets exclusive on Hamilton Theatre.

Douglas Elliman's Perry Rothenberg has been given the exclusive right to lease the historically significant Hamilton Theatre located at 146th Street and Broadway. Constructed in 1912 the theatre was a popular venue for both theatrical performances and vaudeville. The 25,000 square foot building is available to lease for $400,000.

The two-story building boasts a theatre with 100' foot ceilings with balconies and boxes overlooking the stage and orchestra. In addition to the 25,000 square feet of interior space, an adjacent 5,000 square foot vacant lot is included, ideal for parking facilities.

"This remarkable space provides an opportunity for a business looking to take advantage of a prime commercial spot in an area of Manhattan that is seeing exponential growth on both the residential and commercial sides," says Douglas Elliman's Perry Rothenberg, the exclusive leasing agent. "The area is prime for a beautifully renovated movie theater, playhouse, film or television studio, college classroom, museum, nonprofit or dance studio headquarters or professional offices.
