British Airways reports possible delays through terminal building of Faro airport.

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2011 M2 COMMUNICATIONS

British Airways on Thursday said that due to extreme weather conditions in Portugal, parts of Faro airport terminal have suffered significant damage.

Passengers may experience delays as they travel though the terminal building as affected areas include check-in, departure lounge, immigration, departure gates and customs and arrivals concourse.

The carrier advised passengers that all of its services are operating normally but travellers need to allow plenty of time at the airport to arrive at their departure gate in time for their flight.
