QDVC rebuilds Eritrea school Qatari Diar and Vinci Construction (QDVC) recently conducted a humanitarian relief initiative on Dahlak Island, Eritrea, where the company is working on a resort project for Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company. The school of the nearby village has been rebuilt with a proper roof structure, doors and windows. QDVC's employees collected money that enabled the company to buy furniture and school materials, which were donated last July in the presence of Eritrean authorities' representatives. "At QDVC, our policy and commitment is to consider the whole environment around our projects, including the communities," said Hamad al-Bishri, deputy CEO of QDVC.
