Brian wins our super car prize.
After all, he received the call to say he was the owner of the latest Renault Clio model on April 1.
But after a little convincing, the 30-year-old was soon celebrating scooping the nippy Authentique.
We teamed up with Arnold Clark, Scotland's largest independent motor dealer, to offer one lucky reader the fantastic prize, worth pounds 7495. Overjoyed Brian, of Kings Park, Glasgow, told the Sunday Mail: "I thought it was an April Fool's joke. I said to the woman on my mobile that this must be a wind-up.
"But, when she said I had definitely won, I started jumping about in the middle of the street and shouting."
Brian correctly said that the Authentique is part of a new Clio collection called the Freeway.
