Brenton Croteau; Westboro High.

This rangy, 6-foot-4, 205-pound senior was an All-American, a Mid-Wach A All-Star on defense, and team captain for coach Matt Nofsinger's Rangers, who finished 9-10 after losing in the first round of the Central Mass. Division 2 playoffs. Croteau had 18 goals and six assists as Westboro won three overtime games and triumphed in the last game of the regular season to make the districts, which Croteau called the his most memorable team moment. He also played club lacrosse for IAS Select and Team Central, and for Westboro's hockey team his first three years of high school. He enjoys playing guitar in his spare time. Croteau will attend Chapman University, a Division 3 school in Orange, Calif., where he hopes to win a national championship. He's the son of Brianna Duffy of Westboro.
