Cancer etiology, diagnosis and treatments series

Despite the mandatory pink ribbon on the cover, this is basically a scientific work collecting articles on breast cancer and its causes, diagnosis and treatment. There is discussion of the abnormal cellular mechanisms involved, but the book also gets down to coverage of issues at the molecular level. A later chapter enlarges the focus, extensively covering a scientific study of breast cancer in women of child bearing age. The volume contains occasional diagrams, along with photographs of visualizations on computer screens.
