Branded Concept Development announced the following transactions for Quiznos Sub:* A 15-year, 2,450 s/f lease at 501 Route 17 South in Paramus, N.J.;
* A 15-year, 1,200 s/f lease at 19 E. Main St. in Ramsey, N.J.;
* A 10-year, 1,642 s/f lease at 430 Route 17 South in Carlstadt, N.J.,
* A 15-year, 1,677 s/f lease at 450 Hackensack Ave. in Hackensack, N.J.
Alexandra Turboff, of Branded Concept Development, represented the tenant in the direct negotiations with the landlords.
