Branchburg Plaza 1 fully occupied.

Bob Bartnett, vice president of Marketing for United States Land Resources, LP of Morristown has announced a 1,312-square-foot expansion lease to Spectrum Technology Group, Inc. The computer consulting firm now occupies a total of 11,312 square feet at Branchburg Plaza I. This completes leasing at the two-story 64,000- square-foot first class office facility on Route 22 in Branchburg. Another tenant in the building, Fedders, recently leased 17,000 square feet there.

Spectrum Technology Group, computer consultants working with large application database technology for major corporations, had already occupied more than 10,000 square feet before this expansion. Their consistent growth has allowed them to take on additional space. Other tenants at Branchburg Plaza I include Somerset Trust Company, Huber Hunt & Nichols and Fedders.

USLR will also be constructing a new office building soon in close proximity to Branchburg Plaza I. Branchburg Plaza II will be a three-story office building with 84,000 square feet of space available for lease. It will be similar to its other high class office facility featuring a dramatic atrium in the entryway and beautiful marble floors throughout the lobby and bathrooms.
