Brady to sue over kid pics.

MOORS murderer Ian Brady is suing his top security hospital after they refused to let him keep a book containing pictures of his victims.

Staff at Ashworth Hospital were stunned when a copy of The Lost Boy, by Duncan Staff, which catalogues the history of the Moors killings arrived for the notorious child killer.

A nurse at the Merseyside hospital said: "It is sick that Brady should want to read about his evil crimes and gawk at pictures of his victims."

But furious Brady, 69, has asked his lawyer Giovanni di Stefano to take action against Merseycare NHS Trust.

Mr di Stefano said: "As Mr Brady says, he was the one who committed the crimes so he knows the story and has obviously seen his victims.

"To not allow him to see a book about himself just makes no sense."

Brady has been on hunger strike since September 1999 and has to be force-fed through a tube.

Fury... Ian Brady
