Boy's coma saves mum; DISEASE.

A TEENAGER who survived eight heart attacks has helped save his mum's life after she was found to have the same illness.

George Pollard, 16, was in a coma after collapsing with killer Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy.

After doctors diagnosed him, they urged his family to have tests - and found mum Natalie, 39, also had ARVC.

The pair, of Crawley, West Sussex, are set to have pacemakers fitted. Natalie, whose mumdied of ARVC at 40, said: "We're lucky we've stopped history repeating itself."
