Boundless Motor Sports Racing, Inc. Launches Marketing Efforts for Dirtvision's ``October Cyberfest'' Subscriptions.

NORMAN, Okla. -- Boundless Motor Sports Racing, Inc. (Boundless) (OTCBB:BMSR) recently launched marketing efforts for Dirtvision's live "October Cyberfest" subscriber package during its premiere episode of "Dirt Doggs," the live online talk show targeted to hardcore dirt racing fans. The Dirtvision "October Cyberfest" package features 12 scheduled live cybercasts during the month of October, including select World of Outlaws Sprint Series, World of Outlaws Late Model and DIRT Modified Series events, for $9.99 per subscriber.

Since February, Dirtvision has broadcast a variety of dirt track racing events live and on-demand through their web site (www.dirtvision.com) with more than 10,000 registered users to date. October will be the first month during which users will have to subscribe to view the live cybercasts. The Dirt Doggs program, which features A-list guests such as Steve Kinser, Scott Bloomquist and Brett Hearn, has been used to promote the "October Cyberfest" package and gives viewers a taste of the cutting-edge programming available only through Dirtvision.

"The Dirtvision live cybercasts not only give fans the opportunity to hear and see the excitement of live dirt track racing, but they can also interact with other subscribers through our online text chat," said Dirtvision Producer Matt Thomas. "Dirtvision is really unique, we think it has a definite value for those fans who want to see as many races as they can and are continually looking for sources of information about the status of their favorite drivers."

With the dirt track racing season drawing to a close, once the results of the "October Cyberfest" subscription drive have been reviewed, promotional efforts will shift to the development of Dirtvision subscription options for the 2005 season. Dirtvision also plans to develop an online store which will feature sales of VHS and DVD copies of broadcasts as well as select merchandise from the World of Outlaws Sprint Series, World of Outlaws Late Model Series and DIRT Modified Series.

"Being a part of Boundless has enabled Dirtvision to have access to broadcasting events from all three racing series which broadens our potential target audience substantially," said Thomas, "and by utilizing our in-house production facilities to develop the technology used to drive the interactivity of the site we're able to significantly reduce our operational costs for the project."

"Dirtvision gives Boundless the opportunity to increase exposure of the sport of dirt track racing, develop additional streams of revenue and increase sponsorship value for the Company," said Boundless Chairman and CEO Paul A. Kruger. "Our production studio in New York will be a great resource to the Company."

The next Dirt Doggs talk-show live cybercast will air Wednesday, September 29 at 9 p.m. EDT. Dirtvision recommends that viewers register at www.dirtvision.com in advance of the live cybercast to ensure that they don't miss any of the program content. Once registered, for detailed instructions and requirements on how to view the live cybercast, click on "Get the Cybercast." The basic internet tools required are Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player 9 both of which can be downloaded from the Dirtvision site free of charge.
