Boulder Brewery markets second show ale

Boulder Brewery brought its second limited edition Best of Show beer to markets across the country beginning September 1., the Colorado brewer announced.

In conjunction with the Association of Brewers, Boulder Beer brewed the winning India Pale Ale recipe from the Hail to Ale Competition, produced by the Association and held last spring for homebrew clubs.

Steve Stroud, representative, Boston Wort Processors, was the winner of the 26-entry competition, held August 5 at Old Chicago restaurant in Boulder, CO.

Boulder Brewery plans to distribute its second edition Best of Show India Pale Ale in Boston, Los Angeles, Boulder and Portland, OR.

The brewer also reported that three more Best of Show beers are scheduled for production in the near future: Best of Show from the Association of Brewers National Homebrew competition, the winner of this spring's Bock is Best Club competition, and the winner of the recently completed Weiss is Nice Club event.
