Botanical Authentication Wiki.

To assist the herbal and botanical products industry, the American Herbal Products Association (AHPA) has developed the AHPA Botanical Authentication Wiki As part of AHPA's ongoing Botanical Authentication Program, this new resource contains examples and techniques that have been successful in authenticating botanical materials. The site includes more than 120 botanicals, including botanical microscopy images, high-performance thin-layer chromatography techniques, organoleptic properties, a discussion of potential adulterants, and also forms an expandable platform that can easily introduce other methods as it develops. With input and support from industry professionals contributing to the site's data, the Wild is intended to be a source of timely and relevant material on botanicals.
