According to the Boston Federal Reserve, customers in the region are slow to adopt mobile banking services.

Research by the Fed said that four out of every five financial institutions in New England offer mobile banking, but a majority of customers at are not yet actively using the technology.

The Boston Federal Reserve District includes all of New England with the exception of Fairfield County in Connecticut.
