BorgWarner signs contract to form JV with CDUI.

BorgWarner Incorporated (BorgWarner) (NYSE: BWA), an auto parts supplier, has signed a contract to set up a joint venture with China Automobile Development United Investment Company Limited (CDUI).
CDUI includes 12 Chinese automakers including FAW, SAIC, Dongfeng, Chery, ChangAn, Brilliance, Guangzhu, Changfeng, JAC, Geely, Polarsun and Great Wall Motor.
The joint venture will be named BorgWarner United Transmission Systems Company Limited and will manufacture dual clutch transmission modules beginning in 2011.
