Byline: Matt Butler

Brighton ...... 1 Newcastle ... 0

BOOZY Newcastle were crying into their beer last night after Mike Williamson's own goal sent them crashing out of the FA Cup at Brighton.

Alan Pardew and some of his players had been on the lash in Tenerife in midweek and they suffered a hangover yesterday as Williamson deflected Will Buckley's crossshot into his own net. It was his second Cup own-goal in successive seasons.
