UO Knight Library - Browsing Room, 1501 Kincaid St. 7 p.m. Book launch for Patsy Hand's "Lost Dogs of Rome," which features a woman at the top of her game as an art and antiques courier, a woman who faces trouble and heartbreak with courage. Tsunami Books - 2585 Willamette St. 8 p.m. An evening of theater, comedy, readings and storytelling featuring George Walker and Brian Hassett; Walker, a founding member of the Merry Pranksters, will be reading from his chapbook "Trouble Ahead, Trouble Behind"; Hassett will be reading from his book, "The Hitchhiker's Guide to Jack Kerouac"; both will portray Jack Kerouac and Neal Cassady, reading from sections of "On the Road."
