McCarthy, originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland, served the diocese of Grand Falls, NL for over forty years. He has authored and compiled some of his poems, plays and theological insights from the Snoopy cartoons, which will delight and inspire the reader. Proceeds will go toward repairing the little Catholic church in the historic village of Trinity, NL.
