Essex Fine Food Show, Chelmsford City Racecourse (May 13 and 14) Punters will be champing at the bit for this weekend of gourmet indulgence. With more than 80 stands, and demos from TV chefs John Whaite and Dean Edwards. Victorian Weekend, Cardiff Castle (May 20 - 21) Go back in time with living history group the Ragged Victorians to explore how "the great unwashed" eked out a living. With storytelling, demos and a tour of the castle.
