Bonus didn't impress; CAREER CLINIC.

Q MY boss gave us a pounds 200 bonus after a 20 per cent rise in profits. He says that is reasonable in the current financial climate. What do you think? - Darren, Edinburgh.

A IT'S not a patch on workers in partnership at John Lewis who got bonuses worth a fifth of their salary. Or the 2200 staff at Admiral Insurance in Cardiff who received pounds 3000 worth of free shares after profits rose 24 per cent.
