Bonnet seals a sweet deal for tony candy store.

Adams & Co broker Alan Bonnet just closed a sweet deal for one of the biggest candy retailers in the world.

Bonnet arranged an 8,575 s/f office lease for Dylan's Candy Bar, the famed sweet shop run by Dylan Lauren, daughter of fashion designer Ralph. The space at 315 East 62nd will be used to house the company's corporate offices as it continues to implement a global expansion strategy.

Bonnet, who repped the candy store, said, "We are happy Dylan's Candy Bar has decided to keep their offices headquartered at 315 East 62nd St. As they continue to expand their candy empire around the world we look forward to helping them with future space needs."

Dylan's Candy Store inked a seven year deal on the new space at 315 East 62nd Street, where asking rents are $45 psf. Daniel Breiman of Olmstead Properties represented the landlord for the building, which is known as the Decorator's Center Building.

Dylan Lauren founded Dylan's Candy Bar on Third Avenue in 2001 as a 15,000 s/f emporium stuffed with over 5,000 treats, a candy cafe and even candy fashion lines.

Today, the retailer operates five locations across the US.
