Bombardier grants Colgan Air option rights.

Bombardier Aerospace has reported that it has granted option rights to Colgan Air Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pinnacle Airlines Corp, for 15 Q400 NextGen turboprop airliners.

These option rights are in addition to the airline's firm order for 15 Q400 NextGen turboprop airlines which was announced on 15 January 2009.

The Q400 and Q400 NextGen airliners are 70 to 80 seat large turboprops designed for short-haul operations.
