AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2004 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

Boeing Capital Corp is reportedly seeking bankruptcy court approval for its own plan of reorganisation for Hawaiian Airlines.

Boeing Capital, BCC Equipment Leasing Corp and Corporate Recovery Group LLC are seeking to restore one of the carrier's former chief executives - Bruce Nobles - and bring in USD30m of new equity capital.

The company has at various points been unhappy with the restructuring progress and succeeded in getting a trustee appointed to run the airline, reported Reuters.
