Bob Gans Receives IAPHC Achievement Award.

The International Association of Printing House Craftsmen (IAPHC) recently honored Bob Gans, founder of Gans Ink and Supply Company, for his 61 years of supporting printers and the printing industry.

This latest honor represents another milestone for Mr. Gans, currently chairman of the company he founded in 1950. Among the myriad awards and commendations he has received are the Printing Ink Pioneer Award from the National Association of Printing Ink Manufacturers (NAPIM) and the Ault Award from NAPIM. He has also received Craftsman of the Year (Los Angeles Club of Printing House Craftsmen); Craftsman of the Year (IAPHC 12th District); Pioneer Award (Los Angeles Association of Printing Ink Makers); and the Pioneer Award (Printing Industries Association).

Mr. Gans has also received commendations from the City of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Industrial Education Association, Pasadena City College, the Carter House Science Museum, the Los Angeles Litho Club, and the Cleveland Club of Litho and Printing House Craftsmen.
