Boat-builder powering ahead with backing of manufacturing advice.
Dale Motor Yachts produces elite custom-built craft to its customers' specific requirements, and has built up a strong reputation for creating bespoke vessels. Features include teak decking, leather upholstery, electrically adjustable saloon seating, and retractable TV systems.
Director of the family run business Mike Reynolds said: "When our clients commission us to build a boat for them, they want to take delivery as soon as possible. MAS Wales has helped us reduce turnaround times, while maintaining the highest possible quality throughout the boat-building process."
Dale Motor Yachts' two key vessels are the Dale Classic 45 and the Dale Nelson 38.
Mr Reynolds said: "As our boats are totally handcrafted, no two are the same."
Dale Sailing Company was founded in 1961 by Mr Reynolds' father.
The company now operates from a four-acre site on Brunel Quay in Neyland, near Milford Haven, and employs 65 staff.
MAS is backed by the DTI and Welsh Assembly Government.
