Board of Nursing's Robert T. Hauf Earns C.F.E. designation.
The ACFE's Board of Regents awards this designation only to select professionals who meet a stringent set of criteria, including character, experience and education, and, as Robert says, "You have to pass the test." Robert has been a member and regular attender of the Maryland Chapter of ACFE since the 1990s.
Robert has been with the Board of Nursing for over 16 years. Prior to that he served for 28 years with the Baltimore County Police Department where he retired as sergeant. Robert's interest in becoming certified arose from his work with Medicaid fraud, credentials fraud, identity theft, misappropriations of client's accounts and a variety of similar issues at the Board. Robert Hauf is an example of a public servant who goes the extra mile to protect the public welfare.
