Blyth spirit wins day.

Blyth Town and North Shields shared nine goals in their Under-10 League match.

Town emerged 5-4 winners thanks to Charlotte White (2), Emma Barnes (2) and Hannah Simpson. Charlotte Nichlin (2), Lucy Garner and Alex Roberts replied for North Shields.

Blyth Spartans continued their good form by beating Bedlington Dolphins 5-2 to move up to fourth in the table.

A Charlene Williamson hat-trick and strikes from Lauren Little and Charlotte Ramsay were enough, despite an Abigail Wilson brace.

Cramlington Juniors Maserati's returned to winning ways in defeating Forest Hall. Ellen Turnbull, Alisha McDonnel, Darcy Jory and Rachael Horner all found the net.

Cramlington Juniors Bugatis also won in style against Newbiggin Hall. Laura Gunn, Francesca Ness, Philipa Casey and Sydney Taylor ensured the Bugati's stayed joint top.

Kingston Park recorded a win against Wansbeck thanks to Abbie Boland, Georgina Farndell, Lauren Driver, Jade Anderson and Diva Rodda

Longbenton moved up to third in the Under-12 N League with a 4-0 success against Ashington. Laura Powell bagged a brace, Amy Cummins and Jade Dawson netted the others.

AE Phoenix won by the same score against Newbiggin Hall. Danielle Trewick netted a hat-trick and Megan Sampson the other counter.

Walker beat Kingston Park 5-1. Sarah Withers notched a hat-trick and Jade Pritchard added two more goals. Emma Douglas replied for Kingston Park.

Blyth Spartans got back on track in the A League, beating North Shields Robins thanks to goals from Ashlee May, Sarah Reay and Megan Burns.

Tynemouth beat Blyth Town, thanks to goals from Blacklock, Mishamer, Gartland and Gibson and for Blyth from Robinson and Mularkey replied.

Prudhoe YC moved into second place with a 5-1 verdict against CJ Mustangs. Riosin Edwards (2), Rachael Edwards, Charlotte Hoganson and Natalie Jones all scored for Prudhoe. Sophie Fortune pulled one back for the Mustangs.

Kingston Park are joint second following their 3-1 win over Ponteland United. Brooke Anderson nabbed two and Hannah Smith a goal for Kingston; Kody Green was on target for Ponteland.

Hexham defeated CJ Ferrari's 3-1 in Division A of the Under-14 League, thanks to Greta Saveson (2) and Abby Kellett.

Wallsend Community remain top following victory over Newbiggin Hall. Rachael Mitchell, Rebecca Napia, Sophie Coghalan, Haley Pattinson and Bethany Melling all converted for Wallsend, Rebbecca Winter and Coral Spencer scored for Newbiggin Hall.

* Blyth romped to an 8-0 win over Lumley in the Tyne Tees Girls' Youth League, while Boldon enjoyed a 5-0 success at Billingham.

* Newfield Ladies claimed a 19-0 home victory over Stockton West End in the Durham County Women's League.

Melissa Sandiland hit eight goals with Sarah Danby, Kate Stephenson, Stacey Bonney and Chelsea Easton all notching braces. Jordan Wlodarczak and Rachael Acton completed the scoring.

Consett YMCA enjoyed their first win of the season ( 9 -0 at Low Fell Angels ( with Marie Smith (3), Kerry Waley (2), Natalie Philips (2), Vicky Rowell and Jemma McNally scoring.
