BRITS caught in the Paris shootings are still waiting for compensation - because they say our Government has yet to declare the horror a terror attack.
Survivors can claim under the Victims of Overseas Terrorism Compensation Scheme, set up in 2012.
But Christine Tudhope, who hid from gunmen at the Eagles of Death Metal gig, was told Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond had not yet designated the horror as terrorism.
Labour MP Paul Flynn said: "This was terrorism - there is no room for debate. This is typical of the moronic state of government."
The Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority said Mr Hammond made the terrorism designation two days after November attack. The Justice Ministry said the letter to Christine was "clumsily worded".
