Blueslice Networks Expands its Converged Subscriber Platform Solution by Introducing the AAA 3000(TM).

Introducing a stepping stone to improving the subscriber experience: the AAA 3000[TM]

MONTREAL -- Blueslice announced today that it has the solution to effectively capitalize on the wireless data services market. With the AAA 3000[TM]'s RADIUS server functionality added to the Converged Subscriber Platform, CSP 3000[TM], Blueslice is able to further push the subscriber database consolidation and allow a better integration and convergence throughout the network.

Serving as an Authentication Authorization Accounting Server, the Blueslice AAA 3000[TM] is available as a simple, software-only upgrade from the ngHLR 3000[TM] and/or HSS 3000[TM]. As the need for a universal authentication strategy increases, so does the need for a Converged Subscriber Platform which can jointly manage multiple networks and authentication. Moreover, RADIUS, Remote Authentication Dial In User Server, has become a de facto standard in IP networks.

With the Blueslice AAA 3000[TM], Service Providers are able to integrate new networks and services as they are deployed and can grow their business by scaling up to support growing subscriber bases and transactions. The AAA 3000[TM] is a business-critical network access control element with a centralized subscriber management database which can improve the subscriber experience.

"The Blueslice AAA 3000[TM] is a carrier-grade solution which can fully scale to integrate new services profitably and handle the growth that comes with data services and subscribers", said Stephan Ouaknine, CEO and President, Blueslice Networks. "Service Providers will have the ability to manage centrally all subscribers while reducing operational costs."
