Blistering pace; out andABOUT.

AN ARDUOUS training regime forced a third of Wales YFC's running team to pull out of the Lake Vyrnwy half marathon on September 13.

But seven staff and officers are now ready to go the distance to raise cash for Wales YFC's charity of the year, Diabetes UK Cymru.

Some have been training hard for several months - others are crossing their fingers and hoping for the best.

Three have been forced to pull out due to injury.

All seven runners, joggers or walkers are looking for sponsors.
