Blender handles 100% regrind.

A new gravimetric blender is designed to feed high levels of regrind in flake form, using a patented reverse-flight mixing auger in the feed throat instead of a paddle. Light regrind flake tends to bridge and block the feed throat, but the auger crams flake down the throat, thus maintaining consistent head pressure. TSM Control Systems. Inc., Atlanta. says throughput with the auger is higher and more consistent batch-to-batch, even with 100% regrind. It comes in several sizes from the TSM50 (110 lb/hr) up to the TSM3000 (6610 lb/hr). Tel: (770) 886-6630 * PTDirect: 844ET
