Blast cleaning solutions.
Foundries rely on Wheelabrator[R] equipment for their blast cleaning solutions. MeshBlast[R] systems are used to clean a variety of sand cast parts and components. An adjustable speed flow-through conveyor design, the MeshBlast system can eliminate potential part damage caused by part-on-part contact typical in tumbling cleaning systems. Each MeshBlast system is available with 4 to 8 blast wheels and has an abrasive cleaning and recycling system that removes sand and contaminants for longer lasting wear parts and lower operating costs.
