Blair rejects job-hunt jibe and 'liar' slur.

Byline: DAN BLOOM Political Reporter

TONY Blair has hit back after the author of a book on Donald Trump branded him a "complete liar".

Michael Wolff said he saw the ex-PM angling for a Middle East job with the US President's son-in-law and aide Jared Kushner.

Mr Blair has already denied the claim made in Wolff 's book Fire and Fury.

But on the Andrew Marr Show, Mr Woolf insisted: "They were not 15ft away, with Tony Blair, let's choose my words carefully, 'sucking up' to Kushner."

Told Mr Blair had denied it, Mr Wolff replied: "Tony Blair is a complete liar."

But Mr Blair's office said yesteday: "Mr Wolff has never been present at any such conversation. Mr Blair neither sought such a role nor was offered one."
