E-mail security company BlackSpider Technologies has warned of a virus called Sober.n which has been spreading by e-mail.

The virus carries a payload of 73KB and it comes in one of two versions - English or German. The text suggests that the recipient's e-mails have been sent to the writer of the message, with an attached zip file said to show the e-mails.

In fact the attachment contains the executable file mail.document.Datex-packed.exe.
