Bins set on fire.

WHEELIE bin fire raisers have been arrested after an arson spree.

Police collared three youths after a number of bins were stolen and set on fire in Bedlington, Northumberland, last week.

In the early hours of Friday, June 25, police received a report of thieves stealing wheelie bins in the Red House Farm Estate.

Officers attended and arrested three youths near to the scene.

Several bins had been taken from addresses in the estate and set fire to in a nearby field.

The three youths, all 17, have been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
