Biggest price cut of the day.

Theresidence to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four-bath co-op unit at 605 Park Avenue at 65th Street, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of apartment 16ADE, which has a terrace, was lowered by $2.25 million, and the unit is now on the market for $6.25 million. This is the third time the price has been decreased, and the apartment is now listed for 50 percent less than its asking price of $12.5 million in January 2008.
